CLUB RULES AND PROCEDURES

Joining: Please send the club a note with the subject title 'Join', AND add the club to your watch list. Note: If you add the club to your watch list WITHOUT sending a note, I will assume that you wish to be a member anyway and will therefore list you as one.

Art Submissions: You must be a member to submit art. The picture must have Roy and/or Donna (all incarnations, including 'civilian' [out of costume] wear and appearances, are acceptable). To submit a picture, please send a note with the subject title 'Submission', and a link to your picture.

Affiliations: If you would like to affiliate with us, please send a note with the subject title 'Affiliate'.

Questions and Suggestions: To submit a question or suggestion, please send a note with the appropriate subject title, or send a note to *xiaoniao.
